Room 4 loved seeing the lambs and were surprised that they were so friendly. We got to pat the lambs and they felt so soft.
The lambs were called Michael and Cuddles. Michael was the white lamb and Cuddles was the black lamb. They are only 2 weeks old.

Thank you to Kelly for bringing in the lambs and thank you to Room 5 for inviting us along to see the lambs too.
Room 15 thinks your writing explained lots about your lamb's visit. We have some children who have lambs at home. One is called Snowflake and the other two don't have a name so we will call them No name.
ReplyDeleteIt is cool that some of you have lambs at home. Snowflake is a great name. We have thought of some possible names for your lambs with no names -
DeleteCharlie, Snow, Cruz, Lamb, Flower, Chewing gum, Loveheart, Elephant, Star or Butterfly.
Are your lambs allowed to visit you at school?

Well done Anna's Amazing Learners
ReplyDeleteYour lamb stories are very cute! I like the describing words you have used.
Room 3 have been invited to visit a country school in two weeks time for their Calf Day. It is going to be very exciting as we are real city kids!! I wonder if we will see any lambs?
Keep up the good work.

Hi Room 4. We loved reading your stories about the lambs. We think you are so lucky to have lambs visit you at school. Lucy and her Mum brought her puppy Fred to our class but we have never had a lamb visit us! We liked how you told us the lambs were fluffy and cute because we were wondering what they would feel like to pat. We think you are Super Star writers!
ReplyDeleteFrom Mrs Graham and E6 :-)
Thank you for saying that we are Super Star writers that made us feel so proud of ourselves. We can't wait to read some of your writing because we are sure you are great writers too.

Dear Anna's Amazing Learners,
ReplyDeleteDo you like the lambs? Also did you feed the lambs? We went to a school it is called Pukekawa school. We saw lambs doing tricks and special things with their owner and they could win a sash or a cup. It was a Calf club day. We liked the lambs at Pukekawa school. We saw chickens, lambs, kids, goats and cows. Out of those animal what do you like?
